Flying Alang the Wall exhibition at City Library

Flying Alang the Wall is a new exhibition on the 6th floor of Newcastle City Library, running from 25 June to 31 July. The exhibition consists of drawings by local artist Ashley Bayston of scenes along the route of Hadrian’s Wall through Newcastle upon Tyne, from Heddon to Segedunum, from a magpie’s point of view. It is sponsored by St James’ Heritage and Environment Group and supported by English Heritage's Community Connections grants with funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
