             I hope Mr Heron will excuse this freedom
As Mr. Surtees Mistook my Direction which He Said
I had aright to do, And this was for them who were
the most Nescesitous in Gateside Newcastle and
Northumberland perticularly one Family who
I mention'd who I know had lost more than their all
Five pounds of wch. money I request may be paid
back to Mr Surtees for that purpose wch. will Oblige
