Newcastle Jany. 3d. 1772 Dear Sir I am desired by Sir Walter Blackett to acquaint you that at a meeting of the Inhabitants of Newcastle this morning relating to the Subscription for the relief of the poor sufferers by the late Floods, an advertizement was drawn up, & sent to the printers, wh you'll see in the NCastle paper of tomorrow.
